Unit 8201 of the Four Seasons located at 1 Vail Road in Vail Colorado is undergoing an tenant remodel and requires
fire alarm alterations.
The existing living room / Dining room area is undergoing architectural remodel. This area will require the
relocation of two speaker devices and one carbon monoxide detector.
Existing smoke detection within the unit to be changed out to thermal detection temporarily during construction to
alleviate nuisance alarms.
The existing master bedroom is undergoing several wall changes as well as a replacement of the fire place. Work in
this area to include the relocation of a carbon monoxide detector, and speaker device. An existing smoke detector
exists in this rooms appropriately located.
The master closet and bath areas are undergoing architectural/fixture remodel. No fire alarm scope in these areas.
Bedroom 2 and Bath 2 are undergoing mild architectural/fixture remodels. The existing speaker device in bedroom 2
to be relocated from construction wall. An existing smoke detector exists in bedroom 2 appropriately located.
The existing Den is being converted into new Bedroom 3. Work in this area to include the addition of a wall mount
speaker device. Speaker to be tied into existing audio circuit in unit. An existing smoke detector exists in this room
which requires relocation.
The existing laundry room is being converted into new bathroom 3 attached to new bedroom 3. No fire alarm scope
in this area.
The existing entry closet is being converted into a new laundry room. No fire alarm scope in this area.
The existing breakfast room is being re-designated as two areas. Breakfast room & Family Room. The ceiling
configuration change in this area will require the relocation of one existing smoke detector and the addition of one
new smoke detector with audible base in the higher portions of the ceiling.
A new door is being added in the hallway leading to bedroom #4. Existing smoke detection exists on both sides of
the new door. One speaker only will be relocated from behind new door.

The existing bedroom 4 is undergoing mild architectural remodel. The existing speaker device will be relocated in
this room. This room contains an existing smoke detector appropriately located.
The existing bedroom 5 bathroom and closet are undergoing mild architectural/fixture remodel. Not fire alarm scope
in this area.
The existing powder room is undergoing fixture remodel. No fire alarm scope in this area.
The existing kitchen is undergoing architectural/fixture remodel. Not fire alarm scope in this area.
Devices are to be tied back into original existing SLC, Strobe, and Audio circuits within unit.
The existing building fire alarm graphic map will be updated to reflect the architectural changes as well as new
device locations.
