Dear Mike:
We have been contracted to reconfigure the fire alarm system at the tenant space of Eye Pieces
located on the main level of the Bridge Street Lodge. The retail space is being expanded to Include
the adjacent unit. We will install smoke detectors to obtain full coverage. Pull stations, heat
detectors and notification devices will be Installed to meet applicable NEPA standards, International
Building Code, National Electrical Code and Town of Vail amendments. The building is sprinklered
and a Simplex addressable fire alarm system currently protects the premise. Battery calculations and
voltage drops will be measured and documented on completion and verified to comply with NEPA
standards.
