FIRE ALARM REQUIREMENTS
The Local Fire Department have requirements in place for all persons / entities who perform Rough-In and Installation of
Fire Alarm Systems within their respective Jurisdictions. The requirements include but are not limited to a Class B Fire Alarm
License for the Company and NICET Level 2 Certification (minimum) in Fire Alarm for the individual performing the work.
These requirements must be met for any Company and / or Individual performing rough-in, installations or service to Fire
Alarm Systems.
FIRE ALARM PERMITS
Where required, the Fire Alarm Permit and Plan Review Fees are INCLUDED in the above prices. CSWC will submit Shop
Drawings to the Fire Department, obtain and pay for the Fire Alarm Permit and provide your Company with two (2) sets of
Approved Drawings.
PROJECT SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS
The Above Prices and Bill of Material are based on Plans and Specifications with Notifier Equipment. Changes in the Scope or
Bill of Material at the Direction of the Owner, A/E or AHJ shall affect the Price Accordingly.

*** THIS PROPOSAL IS VALID FOR 30-DAYS FROM THE DATE SHOWN ABOVE.
FINAL CONNECT QUALIFICATIONS
Included : Material listed herein, Shop and As Built Drawings, Final Connections at Control Equipment, Final Test , One (1)
year Warranty and Certification. The price included for Drawings is based on CAD (Digital) drawings being made available to
CSWC at no cost.
Not Included : Tax, Installation, RedLine As-Built Drawings and Wire. Fees to obtain digital Drawings and / or costs
associated with producing digital Drawings from scratch are not included. Troubleshooting and / or repair of field circuits is
not included. Should this service be requested or required, hours for same will be charged at an CSWC’s current hourly rate.
Payment Terms are NET 30 DAYS.
CSWC Assumes no responsibility for compliance with Federal ADA requirements in this System design. Purchaser agrees to
indemnify and hold harmless CSWC, its Members, employees, Agents, and assigns from and against all claims and lawsuits
brought by entities who are not parties to this Proposal.
It is understood and agreed that CSWC is not an insurer and that its liability for failure of the System or Equipment shall be
limited to $250.00 as liquidated damages. This Provision shall apply to Subcontractors or assigns of CSWC.
