Remove existing tar and gravel and replace with the following to all roof areas.
One third of roof area is flat and remainder has 3/12 pitch and slope.
1. 60 mil EPDM black membrane(preferred)or 60 mil TPO tan membrane.
2. 1/4' DensDeck roof board.
3. 3" Polyisocyanurate insulation.
4. Existing underlayment.
