We are happy to remove the frosted glass. We were hoping to do a patterned glass of some sort, not just frosted glass. Please keep in mind that we can add it later to the inside of the glass without the Board's discretion as the interior is beyond the Board's rights to regulate. The door is proposed as steel as the frame around it would be quite a large frame in wood and we are trying to keep it as much glass as possible like the doors at the Bully at Sonnenalp and Christiana that are almost all glass, but ours has to meet the current energy code. Please let us know where the Board stands on this item. Thanks! They still think the frosted glass looks out of place- could you do wood door? If you or the owner is stuck on the frosted glass maybe explain that it ties in with the new remodel or something- i don't think huge stop but they don't particularly like the frosted glass and thinks it doesn't tie in with the rest of the building. Due to some complications in construction as well as drainage, we are trying to enclose the entry and add a stoop to unit 3 as shown in the attached photos. The stone around the door would hide existing drain pipes and improve the current look of this area also. I have gotten conceptual approval from the Town, but would need Association approval also, as always. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
