Sign Design & Awning will provide necessary drawings, photos and material specifications in permit format to facilitate your permit approval
process. It is the responsibility of the client to apply for necessary permits, obtain approval from Associations, Property Management, etc.
Payments:
Payment is due upon project completion. (If you do have a charge account set up with Sign Design & Awnings by completing client account
procedures, payment is due within 30 days of project completion. 2% late fee ($10 minimum) will be applied monthly after 30 days.)
Estimates/Art Fees:
We offer project estimates based on design time, production labor, material cost, and installation. Final project costs may differ from original
projections. Projects may be subject to increased fees for multiple design changes that may not be accounted for in original estimate. If you
decide not to move forward with the sign project, you will be billed for the design and administrative time involved to prepare proofs.
Color Selections for Paint & Printing Applications
Due to variations in display monitors, printers and print media the colors you see in proofs may vary in reproduction on the finalized
product. PMS colors, paint samples and or formulas need to be provided or selected by client for color reproductions. Paint and printed
colors (ink) may vary from each other due to nature of different material creating the color. Pre production printed color samples can be
provided prior to production upon request if you don't have PMS colors. Additional fees for samples may be incurred.
Production Time:
A completion date will be assigned to your project when the art is approved. We do not start production or order materials until we receive
approval. We do our best to work with clients on project deadlines, rush orders may incur an additional charge.
Art Approval: Please review the attached additional pages for your art proofs.
Verify all wording, spelling, art, sizes and colors are correct. Errors not caught in the art approval process, which
constitute changes to the product during fabrication or after project completion, will be corrected at the expense of the
client. Please reply to the email from your designer to make changes to your project or to approve it for production. You
can also fax a signed approval to 970-949-4670.
