Know all men by these presents that Northwoods Condominium Association, a Colorado nonprofit corporation, representing the owners of all
that real property situated in the Town of Vail, Eagle County, Colorado described as follows:
A parcel of land situated in a part of Lot A, Block 2 and a part of Tract 8, Vail Village, Seventh Filing per the plat thereof recorded December 17,
1965, at Reception No. 102780 in the office of the Eagle County Clerk and Recorder, said parcel being more particularly described as follows;
Beginning at a point on the southerly boundary of said Tract B, from whence the most westerly corner of said Tract B bears N79°20'05"W

the arc of a curve to the left having a radius of 525.00 feet, an interior angle of 28°31'10" and a chord which bears N80°36'31 "E 258.63 feet;
thence N66°20'56"E 240.00 feet; thence departing said southerly right-of-way S23°39'04"E 22.07 feet; thence 75.28 feet along the arc of a
curve to the right having a radius of 112.00 feet, an interior angle of 38°30'42" and a chord which bears SO4°23'43"E 73.87 feet; thence
S14°51'38"W 49.15 feet; thence S81 °50'55"W 57.11 feet; thence S02°12'40"E 342.21 feet to a point on the southerly boundary of said Tract B;
thence along said southerly boundary S89°42'37"W 515.00 feet; thence N79°20'05"W 135.11 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 4.971 acres more or Tess; have by these presents laid out, platted and subdivided the same into condominium units as shown on
this condominium plat under the name and style of Northwoods Condominiums, a subdivision in the Town of Vail, County of Eagle, State of
Colorado; and does hereby accept the responsibility for the completion of required improvements; and does hereby dedicate and set apart all
of the public roads and other public improvements and places as shown on the accompanying plat to the use of the public forever; and does
hereby dedicate those portions of said real property which are indicated as easement on the accompanying plat as easements for the purpose
shown hereon; and does hereby grant the right to install and maintain necessary structures to the entity responsible for providing the services
for which the easements are established.

Pursuant to the authority contained in C.R.S., § 7-123-102(1)(e), as well as its predecessor statute, and pursuant to the vote of unit owners of
Northwoods Condominium Association (the "Association") holding at least sixty-seven percent (67%) of the voting percentage interest in the
general common areas, this plat has been approved by the unit owners of the Association and the Association has been given the consent and
authority of the unit owners to convey Unit B-218 to the Association's common elements as necessary to give effect to this plat, including without
limitation the dimensions of any residential units and common areas as depicted on this plat. Therefore, for good and valuable consideration, the
receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged by the Association, the Association, as the owner of Unit B-218, has remised, released, sold and
quitclaimed to the Association on behalf of all unit owners, and by these presents does remise, sell and quitclaim unto the Association and its unit
owners the airspace and structural elements of Unit B-218 (delineated within the perimeter walls, floors, ceilings, windows and doors of such unit)
to be used and dedicated as common elements as shown on this plat and as further described in the revised schedule of sharing ratios for the
Association's Declaration, to have and to hold the same in all and singular the appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise
thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever of the Association, either in law or in equity, to the proper
use and benefit of the Association and its unit owners.

CERTIFICATE FOR INCLUSION OF UNIT REMODEL PROJECTS APPROVED BY
ASSOCIATION BOARD AND ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE.
Pursuant to the authority contained in C.R.S., § 7-123-102(1)(e), as well as its predecessor statute, and pursuant to the continuing authority
delegated to the Board of Directors (the "Board") and the Board's Architectural Review Committee (the "ARC") under the governing documents of
the Northwoods Condominium Association (the "Association") to approve unit remodel and renovation projects and authorize appropriate
amendments to the Association's Declaration and plat map as necessary to give effect to boundary changes resulting from such completed and
approved projects as well as all necessary amendments to the applicable sharing ratio schedules that have been incorporated into the Declaration
or any recorded supplemental plat map, the Board has authorized this supplemental plat map to be submitted and recorded in the Eagle County,
Colorado real estate records along with all necessary amendments to the schedule of sharing ratios shown in the Declaration and any previously
recorded supplemental plat map. To the extent that any approved unit renovation or remodel project incorporated into this supplemental plat
map includes expansion space that was formerly a limited or common area or element, the Association grants, conveys and relinquishes such
space to the owner(s) of each applicable unit, to have and to hold the same in all and singular the appurtenances and privileges thereunto
belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest and claim whatsoever of the Association, either in law or in
equity, to the proper use and benefit of the Association and its unit owners. Each unit owner affected by a unit remodel and renovation project
approved by the ARC and the Board as described above accepts any applicable grant and conveyance from the Association and agrees that any
unit boundary changes will be reflected in this supplemental plat map and depicted in the revised schedules of sharing ratios to be recorded as
part of this supplemental plat map and amendment to the Association's Declaration. Each unit owner affected by a unit remodel and renovation
project depicted in this supplemental plat map also has specifically agreed to accept and be bound by this supplemental plat map and the
applicable unit boundary changes reflected herein and in the revised schedules of sharing ratios attached to and incorporated into this
supplemental plat map.
