RE: 770 Potato Patch -Unit #6 -Exterior water damage EIFS Repair including replacement of
effected plywood substrate and studs
Detailed Scope and Location of work areas
Demolition of all water damaged Exterior Insulating Finish System [EIFS], plywood substrate,
insulation and 2X6 framing
Replace all building elements "as built"/"same for same" using the following materials:
2 X 6 common lumber for replacement of wall studs
R-19 Fiberglass batt insulation by Owens Corning Manufacturer
Yi"CDX -plywood sheathing
%"-1" STO EIFS to replace same including STO Guard -liquid applied moisture and air barrier
%" -1" EPS -expanded polystyrene
STO PAB -polymer-modified cement based adhesive and basecoat
STO RFP -acrylic basecoat
ST Flexyl -acrylic based water-proofer
STO Reinforcing mesh
STO Primer
STOUT Acrylic Textured Finish to match existing
Work to be performed on Southeast corner of Unit #6
