TOV Request #1: Please provide the dimensions of the doors being replaced.
Meserve Answer: There are 3 sliding glass doors that will be replaced. One (1) on the West Side and
two (2) on the North side of the condominium property.
West Side Door Dimensions: Width = 6O" / Height = 80"
North Side Door #1 Dimensions: Width =72" / Height = 80"
North Side Door #2 Dimensions: Width =72" / Height = 80"
The new door dimensions are consistent with and the same size as the existing doors being replaced.
TOV Request #2: Please provide the U-Value for the Glass.
Meserve Answer: The U-Value = O.29 as shown on the attached information from Anderson Window
and Door lnformation.
