THE SURVEY FOR THIS WORK HAS BEEN PROVIDED BY THE OWNER FOR USE IN THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT. THE ARCHITECT ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THIS SURVEY. 2. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BECOME FAMILIAR WITH THE EXISTING SITE CONDITIONS PRIOR TO COMMENCING ANY WORK. 3. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PHASES OF SECURING, HANDLING, TRANSPORTATION, AND DISPOSAL OF DEBRIS. 9.CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE PROTECTION FOR NEWLY INSTALLED WORK AND FINISHES. 10.
