This letter is to acknowledge Board approval at Potato Patch units
43 and 44 for the replacement of the roof HVAC units with the
following conditions:
1. Construction shall be in accordance with the submitted
application and follow all Town of Vail and Eagle County
requirements.
2. All materials to match existing finish and color.
3. All construction debris to be cleaned up on a daily basis.
4. Homeowner will be responsible for all costs associated with
the project.
5. The builder and any sub-contractors agree that they have
no financial or legal recourse against the HOA, for any
reason what so ever.
6. Construction activity be performed Monday - Friday 8 am to
5pm and no work on Holidays.
