Riva North: Unit 1

As part of the remodel of Unit 1 in Riva North, the life safety devices will be brought up to current code
requirements.This will include adding one smoke detector to an additional bedroom, and relocating one smoke
detector to the center of another. We will be using the existing carbon monoxide detector installed last summer.
All work will be done per NFPA 72 (2013) and Town of Vail guidelines. All smoke detectors will be replaced with
new Gentex 8243 PHY smoke detectors. The current carbon monoxide detector is a Macurco CME-1
All devices will be compatible with the existing Firelite 9200 panel.
The value of the job is$1000
