Re: Scope of Work for Fire Alarm System Remodel
Dear Mike,
The following is a scope of work to be performed for the remodel of the Helly Hanson tenant
space at Arrabelle. The scope of work will be to bring the remodeled area up to NFPA
standards adopted by Vail Fire. Work performed will be to one (1) new manual pull station to
the cash wrap area, relocated two (2) speaker strobes from the wall to the ceiling, removing
one (1) strobe only devices and adding one (1) new strobe only device to the new ADA
compliant restroom. All wire will be installed in conduit to match the existing installation.
These devices will be added to the current main fire alarm control system, a Networked
Notifier NFS-3030 system and will provide continuity between the remodeled area and the
existing building. All audio / visual devices will be connected to the existing power supply on
the retail floor.
Once work has been completed and tested, CSWC will contact Vail Fire Department and
schedule a final fire alarm test of the new area.
