Mike,
I was just able to see this in Project Dox. Your comment for ‘what are these rooms for’ appears to be
pointed at what are the bathrooms. Otherwise, perhaps your question is for what is the ‘prep
area’. There are no cooking appliances in the prep area from my understanding, with the exception of
the crepe maker.

Mike,
We are having issues accessing the Project Dox, but my understanding of your questions are:
• FACP for this Bldg exists, clarify-- We are not replacing the alarm panel, but utilizing the existing
Simplex fire alarm panel. We notated this by FACP existing and described it in the scope of
work. If there is a different way you prefer this being communicated, please let me know.
• What are these rooms for—These areas are not part of our scope of work. The entrance room is
a stairwell to Joel’s locker room and the other is building common space (per Rocky Mtn.
Construction).
I’m sorry that we are unable to respond to this through Project Dox, but hopefully this clarifies your
questions. Please let me know if anything needs further clarification.
We were hoping to run wire next week if at all possible.
