Item Sz.l: This remodel does not require a deferred submittal. The roof trusses are inplace (as part of the original building design & construction).
Structural design criteria is as follows: This project is located in The Town
of Vail, Eagle County, Colorado and has been designed in accor{dance with the
2012 Edition of the International Residential Code (including applicable
amendments and supplements).
Design Loads:
Roof Live Load: Uniform Snow 8o psf
Floor Live Loads: Residential 40 psf
Wind Analysis: Basic Wind Speed 9o mph (3-second gust); Exp. 'C'
The structural sheets that are pertinent to the design have been stamped (as
part of the original submittal).
