PROJECT NARRATIVE
Unit 1C is a two-story condiminium unit with neighbors to either side and above

Lower Level: Party walls will be remodeled to provide sound mitigation. Drywall
will be removed from the one-side of the party wall and replaced with a
"Quietrock" proprietary system.
Main Level: The entire ceiling will be remodled to provide sound mitigation.
Drywall will be removed from the ceiling and be replaced with a "Quietrock"
proprietary system. Recessed can fixtures will be equipped with fire-rated can
enclosures of the general contractor's choice.
