Renovation Steps
1. Demo according to Drawings (D-1) walls, plumbing fixtures,tile walls/floor, carpet and cabinets
in clouded areas in Powder Bath, Bath (1&2), kitchen, Living/Dining Rooms.
2. Removing Washer and Dryer from closet and relocating Washer and Dryer to a closet in same
location.
3. Remove the Tub in the Powder Bath replacing with a shower
4. Remove and replace mantel with a stone mantel.
5. New hardwood floors in Livingroom area will have sikabond adhesive system T-64/sika Layer-03
underlayment.
6. Relocate light switches from Demo wall to existing wall in the kitchen. Relocate existing 110v
GFI outlet to below Island countertop in the kitchen and GFI"s throughout the bathrooms.
7. Remove and replace tile throughout bathrooms.
8. Remove and replace existing bath fans with Panasonic FV-08V53 fan/Panasonic fire dampers.
9. All walls to be metal studs with 5/8 Type X or 1hr rated durock sheeting.
