To Whom It May Concern:
This is a complete remodel of the interior in#301 Willow Place. All existing finishes
will be removed and replaced with new finishes. There will be no structural changes to
the remodel. Some existing walls will remain the same and others modified according to
the Pierce Architect's drawing dated 5/2/14. Fireplace to be replaced. Kitchen cabinets
to be replaced according to drawings. New closets in the bedrooms will be installed at
new locations. All walls throughout the unit will be soundproofed. A new island will be
installed in the kitchen area. New vanities will be installed in the bathrooms.
