recorded August 6, 1962, as Reception No. 96382, as filed in the Office of
the Clerk and Recorder, County of Eagle, State of Colorado.
1) Survey Date: November 16, 2007 and Additional Topographic Coverage on Eastern
portion of Structure, February 15, 2008.
2) Location of h-nprovements, Lot tunes, and Easements are based upon the above
referenced Map of Vail Village, First Filing, Land Title Guarantee Company Information
Binder Order No. V50021207 and Survey Monuments found at the time of this survey as
shown hereon. This Survey does not constitute a boundary survey.
In regards to the above referenced Information Binder Items that affect the subject Parcel:
1) Rigla of Proprietoi i as Reserved in U.5, Patent t September 04, 1923 In 800* 93 at
Page 98. This Item was not Researched.
2) Riglitof Way for Ditches or Canals as Reserved in US Patent recorded'
