1. Garage Exhaust
a. (E) EF-1 Exhaust fan shall run when 35 ppm of CO is detected or 3 ppm of NO2 is detected from sensors (averaged over 5
minutes). Existing motor operated damper (MOD) at existing outside air louver shall remain interlocked to open whenever (E)
EF-1 is called to run. Damper shall be closed whenever (E) EF-1 is off.
b. Alarm shall sound if the if the CO or NO2 level reaches and maintains 100 ppm or 5 ppm respectively for 30 minutes.
c. (N) EF-2 Exhaust fan shall run continuously. There shall be no interlock between (N) EF-2 and MOD.
