Dear Carolyn,
I was able to complete the current “e-form” (or task), but was unable to respond to the comments on the previous “e-
form”. I have written out my responses below:
1. Noted at fireplace on sheet A2.1.
2. Foundation wall insulation has been noted on sheet A2.1.
3. Continuous R-5 min. rigid insulation extended to top of foundation walls on sheet A5.2.
4. Deck slope shown in detail 1/A5.3 and on structural plans.
5. Created new detail 4/A5.3.
6. Note changed on shets A1.0 and A8.0.
7. See note at egress window added to sheet A2.1.
8. Tempered (safety) glass indicated where required on plan sheets.
9. See note #8 on sheet M2.1.
10. See dimensions on sheet A4.8 for ceiling height.
11. Safety glazing noted where required on Sheet A2.3.
12. Noted on detail 2/A3.0.
13. Noted on all elevation sheets and roof plan, sheet A2.4.
14. R-10 min. underslab insulation noted in details 2 and 5/A5.1.
15. R-Value of insulation for wall cavity noted in 3/A5.1. See note #10 on plan sheets as well.
16. R-5 min. continuous insulation extended to the top of the foundation wall in 9/A5.1.
17. See note #16 on sheet A1.1 and note #12 on sheet A2.1.
18. See new sheet A1.21.
19. Safety glazing noted where required on graphic schedule on sheet A8.0 and on plan sheets.
20. Electrical loads and panel board sizing added to sheet A9.1.
21. Gas piping plans shown on sheets M1.0, M2.0, M2.1, and M2.2.
22. Added stamped upper level framing and roof framing plans. Changed note on sheets S1, S2, and S3
indicating engineer responsible for design.
23. U-values added to written window/door schedules on sheet A8.0. The weighted average calculation has
been added to sheet A8.0 as well.
24. Revised note #8 on sheet A1.0.
25. Revised trees on landscape plan A1.2 (and all other site drawings).
26. Note added to drawing on sheet A1.9.
27. Trees removed from utility easements and note added to sheet A1.2.
28. Elevations added to site plan on sheet A1.1.
29. Site walls will not exceed 3’ in height and note on sheet A1.1 has been changed to reflect this.
30. Construction staging plan added on new sheet A1.11 and erosion control plan added on new sheet A1.22.
