Metal restaurant fixtures and any metal used in construction to be taken to recycle facility. Work to be completed by November 15, 2007. Electrical box and light poles currently on site to remain. Four trees along front of former patio to be removed by others prior to demo activities. Work to be performed with equipment, access required for excavator and 20 CY dumps. Work to be performed before any subgrade or excavation work. This estimate is based on one mobe, additional mobes will be charged at $1,000 each. This price is good for 7 days.
