This is a complete remodel of Unit 41. All existing finishes will be removed and replaced with
new finishes. Some existing walls will remain the same and other modified according to Pierce
Architect's drawings dated 4/23/2014. Existing light system and electrical usage will remain the
same. New bath room exhaust fans will be installed with fire dampers as required. All
plumbing fixtures will remain in the same areas with the exception of the new master bath
location. The existing Washer and Dry will be moved from the kitchen area to the new location
in the 2rd level hallway. New W/D is less than 15' and will not require a booster fan.
