Grease interceptor type = Hydromechanical (i.e. uses buoyancy and interior baffles for separation). This is true of both the specified Zurn and the approved alternate Schier GB­35. 2. See attached for sizing calcs. These calcs are per the PDI method (reference 2012 IPC, Section 1003.3.4).
