Planner:Chris Neubecker October 25, 2017 Peter Wadden Town of Vail 75 S. Frontage Road Vail, CO 81657 Dear Pete, Thanks for your interest in partnering with the Cedar Point HOA in East Vail. I'm excited about the opportunity to collaborate with the Town of Vail (TOV), the Eagle River Watershed Council (ERWC) and river specialist,Jeff Crane. I've shared the project and design concept with the other Cedar Point officers and the sentiment was positive. In fact, we're prepared to take the next steps to make this plan a reality. To this end, I'm providing formal approval from the HOA to move forward with the riparian project at Cedar Point. Please feel free to share this letter with the Community Development department to finalize the permits. In addition, I'll submit the Re-Wild application (on the TOV web-site). Please let me know if there are any further logistics. I look forward to implementing the project in 2018! Sincerely, 641 vVaG%//// 7 J n Welaj Q President, Cedar Point HOA
