DEMOLITION PLAN GENERAL NOTES
All accessible abandoned conduit and cable
shall be removed from the project area.
Contractor to remove existing carpet and 4" base
and patch floor as required to install new flooring
in areas of new construction. Contractor is to
salvage all demolished doors, frames, hardware,
glazing, lights, etc. as required by Building Owner.
Contractor is responsible for protecting all finishes
to remain from damage due to construction and
improvements.
PARTITION SCHEDULE
Existing walls to be removed.
Base building shell and core
construction / existing partition
to remain.
DEMOLITION PLAN KEYNOTES

Remove all existing interior walls, doors and
frames.

Remove all power/data outlets. Patch wall to
remain (no blank plates).

Remove existing framed platforms at entry.

Remove existing electrical panel and cable TV.
Relocate panels as indicated on construction
documents.

Remove existing tile floor and 4" base
throughout. Prepare for new wood flooring, RE:
construction documents.
