OUTLET PLAN GENERAL NOTES
All luminaires, electrical equipment, and
devices are new to be provided and installed
by Contractor, unless noted otherwise.
Route all conduit/circuiting in finished spaces
concealed in walls, above ceilings, or below
floors. All conduit/circuiting shall be run parallel
to building walls and lines.
All dimming circuits shall be provided with a
separate dedicated neutral conductor.
All circuiting shall be provided with an insulated,
green ground wire.
All office receptacle circuits shall be provided
with a separate dedicated neutral conductor.
New telephone, data, and tele/data
combination outlets shall consist of a 4" square
back box, single gang plaster ring, and 3/4"
conduit to above the ceiling. Provide a cable-
protection bushing on the end of the conduit
stubbed out above the ceiling.
All telephone/data cable is by the
owner/tenant as indicated in lease agreement.
Contractor shall provide additional supports for
all equipment, conduit (rigid and flex), as well as
cable located above the ceiling. Support from
structure as required by NEC.
All devices to be white. All device covers on
millwork or tile walls shall be brushed stainless
finish. Devices on wall covering to be covered
as requested by Architect.
