Provide and install Building Standard sprinkler system, fire extinguishers, emergency lights, and exit signage. Assure all compliance pertaining to fire suppression system, electrical and mechanical systems as required by the Building Department. All materials are assumed to be new unless otherwise noted. Contractor to confirm ducts and other obstructions and notify Architect of any conflicts. Qualified contractors shall possess the Means to order specified products in time to meet the Schedule. Architect will not accept substitutes for products not ordered in a timely manner. Contractor to confirm lead times at time of Bid. All light fixtures to be ordered with Quick Ship option, if applicable. Contractor may provide and install temporary substitutes for unique Decorative Fixtures and/or other Specialty products, upon Architect's approval and at no additional cost to Tenant. Location of all access doors in drywall ceilings to be approved by Architect. Paint doors, hardware, and trim to match ceiling. All adjacent multiple light switches & controls to be ganged w/ single cover plate, w/ labels. All device covers installed on wallcovering shall be covered with matching finish. All device covers on millwork or tile walls shall be brushed stainless finish. All drywall ceilings finished to Level 5 finish. REFLECTED CEILING PLAN FIRE PROTECTION GENERAL NOTES The Contractor shall employ a Licensed Fire Protection Engineer to prepare complete Fire Alarm Construction Documents. Contractor shall relocate and provide new Fire Alarm devices as determined by the Fire Protection Engineer, (the quantities of devices shown on the Partition Plan are conceptual and approximate.) Provide all additional equipment (zone cards, power supplies, etc…) required for a complete and operational Fire Alarm system in compliance with local jurisdiction. The horn/strobe units shall sound on any alarm. Horns shall be capable of being silenced without deactivating strobes. The Contractor shall provide and submit to the local jurisdiction, the complete shop drawings stamped and signed by the licensed Fire Protection Engineer. REFLECTED CEILING PLAN KEYNOTES LINE ITEM OPTION Provide dimming lighting controls by Lutron or equal throughout. C1 New metal framed soffit to align with millwork table below: drywall soffit to be at 8'-4 3/4" A.F.F. to accommodate 3/4" thick removable wood veneer panel on Z clips to access light canopy.
