COORDINATE ALL DISRUPTIONS OR DISCONTINUATIONS OF UTILITIES AND SERVICES WITH OWNER. 5. ALL FURNISHINGS AND MOVABLE EQUIPMENT IN DEMOLITION/CONSTRUCTION AREA SHALL BE REMOVED/RELOCATED BY OWNER PRIOR TO START OF DEMOLITION. 6. PATCH CORRIDOR WALLS AND RAILINGS TO MATCH EXISTING ADJACENT CONSTRUCTION, PATCH ALL EXISTING WALLS, CEILINGS AND FLOOR TO REMAIN AFTER DEMOLITION IS COMPLETE. COORDINATE EXTENT OF SELECTIVE DEMOLITION WITH PROJECT SEQUENCING PLANS AND WITH OTHER TRADES. PATCH WALL BOXES AND OTHER WALL/CEILING OPENINGS WHEREVER FIXTURES/OUTLETS ARE BEING REMOVED AND WALLS ARE TO REMAIN. 7. PROVIDE METAL STUD AND GYPSUM BOARD DUST/PRIVACY ENCLOSURES FOR DEMOLITION WORK TO MAINTAIN SEPARATION OF CONSTRUCTION AND IN-USE SPACES. REFER TO SHEET G003 FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. 8. REVIEW DEMOLITION AND PENETRATIONS THROUGH EXISTING STRUCTURE WITH AS-BUILT STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS WHERE POTENTIAL OF ENCOUNTERING LOADED/STRUCTURAL BEAMS/JOISTS/COLUMNS EXIST. 9. CORE-DRILL EXISTING FLOOR AND/OR ROOF AS REQUIRED FOR NEW PLUMBING OR ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS. SAWCUT FLOOR SLABS TO SLAB DEPTH ONLY, TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO UNDER SLAB UTILITIES. 10. CONTRACTOR TO COORDINATE I.C.R.A. (INFECTION CONTROL RISK ASSESSMENT) PLAN WITH OWNER PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF EACH PHASE/SUB-PHASE. 11. DEMOLITION WORK SHALL NOT REDUCE INTEGRITY OF STRUCTURE TO REMAIN NOR OF FIRE- PROOFING/SEPARATION. MAINTAIN STRUCTURAL AND LIFE SAFETY INTEGRITY IN AREAS OF WORK AT ALL TIMES. 12. VERIFY ALL ELECTRICAL AND PLUMBING REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO REMOVING ANY EQUIPMENT. 13. PROVIDE SIGNAGE FOR TEMPORARY CIRCULATION AND EGRESS PATHS DURING DEMOLITION. 14. REFER TO MECHANICAL, PLUMBING & ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS FOR OTHER DEMOLITION WORK AND WORK TO REMAIN IN PLACE, REQUIRED FOR EACH CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE. 15. NOTIFY OWNER AND ARCHITECT IMMEDIATELY IF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS ARE ENCOUNTERED. ASBESTOS ABATEMENT (OR REMOVAL) TO BE PROVIDED BY OWNER UNDER SEPARATE CONTRACT. COORDINATE WITH GENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR TIMING OF DEMOLITION IN RELATION TO ABATEMENT TO WORK AT EACH CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE AREA. 16. PATCH UNDER SLAB SYSTEMS AND FLOOR SLABS TO MATCH ADJACENT CONSTRUCTION AFTER THE UNDER FLOOR PLUMBING WORK IS COMPLETED AND INSPECTED. REFER TO PLUMBING DOCUMENTS. 17. NOTE THAT SOME SYSTEMS WILL REQUIRE WORK BEYOND CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE ZONES IN ORDER TO SUPPORT SPACES WITHIN EACH CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE. COORDINATE THIS WORK WITH GENERAL CONTRACTOR AND OWNER PRIOR TO STARTING WORK OUTSIDE OF CONSTRUCTION SEQUENCE AREA.
