Sealed bids will be received by Eagle River Water and Sanitation District. 846 Forest
Road, Vail. CO 81657 until 2:00 pm local time December 16, 2014. Bids received after
this time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened.
At said place and time, and promptly thereafter, all bids that have been duly received will
be opened publicly and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend. The
Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities or
informalities in any bid.
\� The work to be performed generally includes: S-3(49/0 -C. of Wok K
• Construction of server room on ceiling of office and lab building (accessible by
ladder)
o Addition of walls
o Addition of a door
o Relocation of railing and installation of new safety gate
• Electrical upgrades to support the server room generally including:
o New transformer outside of new server room
o Two (2) new lighting and equipment panels
o Install new breaker in existing MCC
• Installation of two new split air conditioning systems
Bids shall be submitted on a lump sum basis. The award will be to the lowest qualified
bidder on the basis of the lump sum.
Copies of the Drawings and other Contract Documents for use in preparing Bids will be
distributed electronically through the Eagle River Water and Sanitation District Sharefile
Site. Interested parties are to contact Melissa Marts, P.E. via email at mmarts(aierwsd.org.
Once interested parties are registered, they will be sent a link to download the Bid
Documents and any applicable addenda. Paper copies may be obtained from Melissa
