This is an Electrical Load report for the Vail Community Development Office for the remodel at Antlers 608 . I am the electrician working for Dave Collins. My company is Eagle Electric
Inc. and my name is Michael Koenen.
The property has multiple Duplexes. The remodel has its own meter. The meter has a 100 amp main breaker. The feeder to the panel is a 1/0 SER wire from the meter.
Living room
Replace an old 4 ft baseboard heater with a new hydroponic heater witch should save a 1/3 power requirements. We will add one receptacle for the TV over the fireplace. We will add 2
new receptacles on a new wall. We will add 8 new recessed lights with LED bulbs 12 watts each. 160w.
Entrance
We will replace 4 ft. heater with new hydronic heater for energy savings.
Hallway
We will replace old panel.
Master Bedroom
Install a fluorescent light on new switch which has a 20 watt bulb.
We will add one sconces over bed with a 50 watt bulbs. 50w.
We will add two sconces at both doors with two 50 watt bulbs. 100w.
Replace an old baseboard heater with a new 6 ft. base board heater for a energy savings. We will add one receptacle for wall TV.
With the changes there should be an energy savings.
