Inspection Notes: Dowel drill holes were observed to be a minimum of 6" deep and free of
debris prior to placement of Powers AC100+Gold epoxy
Inspection Status: D Preliminary [ZI Final
[ZI Concrete reinforcement as noted above was judged to be in reasonable conformance with
the referenced construction documents.

Contractor drilled holes for placement of dowels into boulder at
"T" wall at Grid Line A.8, 0.75 and into existing foundation wall
at Grid Line B, 1.
Hammer Drill, Can of compressed air
Contractor drilled 5" depth into boulder and 6" depth into
foundation wall before cleaning the drill holes with compressed
air and brushing twice. Contractor used power fastners AC-100
Gold Epoxy and forced dowels which were 2' 6" long full depth
into drill holes. Dowels were epoxied and spaced as per
structural plans.
Eamonn with Beck Building Company was informed that
dowels were properly installed.
