1 Remove the existing acoustical ceiling track & tiles
2 Remove existing 5/8” GWB ceiling which was previously cut, can
lights abandoned, wires run beneath
3 Install new 4” can lights, including fire rating with tennemat enclosure,
re-route wires below ceiling as needed, install new GWB ceiling at
elevation of existing GWB ceiling
This work is to be completed in all areas of condo except bath. Existing GWB
ceiling at bath to remain.
