NOTIFY OWNER AND ARCHITECT IMMEDIATELY IF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS ARE ENCOUNTERED. ASBESTOS ABATEMENT (OR REMOVAL) TO BE PROVIDED BY OWNER UNDER SEPARATE CONTRACT.
