ABWD reserves the right to lein any order over $5000.00. The seller expressly reverses all contractor's, mechanic's, and materialman's liens which may be asserted under any provision
of the law to secure payment of the contract price and may, at the seller's option, assert and fix the same as liens upon the real property on which installation is made. In the event
payment is enforced through attorney or by suit or in bankruptcy or probate proceedings, seller may recover reasonable attorney fees and court costs. All sums not paid as due shall bear
interest at the maximum legal rate.
The Buyer has been made available samples or models which it has had the opportunity to examine.
ABWD is an authorized dealer for JELD-WEN Windows and Doors, Inc. and Buyer is entitled to warranties as disclosed on JELD-WEN’s website at www.jeld-wen.com. ABWD makes
no expressed or implied warranties including no warranties of merchantability, fitness or fitness for a particular purpose and the Buyer shall rely solely on the warranties provided by JELD-
WEN, as manufacturer.
Jobsite driveway must be navigable and free of obstructions for a 38' Box truck that is 13.5' tall x 9' wide
All deliveries are tailgate unload only. ABWD will deliver to the jobsite, but the customer is responsible for assuring enough manpower to unload, count, and thoroughly inspect product
condition & quality.
Jobsite must be clean, clear, and conform to OSHA standards. Re-delivery charges will apply if jobsite is not compliant with industry standards
A 50% deposit is required for all orders. Remaining amounts due shall be subject to terms & conditions of sale
Applicable sales taxes will be calculated by ABWD. Sales taxes may not be able to be calculated until time of order.
Orders shall be placed in accordance with lead time. ABWD will store product, any order that is not able to be shipped to the jobsite after two weeks from receipt by ABWD shall be
subject to storage fees of 1.5% per month.
Account terms may be customer & project specific, but in no case are greater than net 30 days FROM DATE OF INVOICE. Past due accounts are subject to a FINANCE CHARGE OF
1.5% per month which is an ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE of 18%

Customer assumes responsibility of product quantity, screens & hardware, product condition, and storage of product upon delivery. This includes direct shipments from factories, as well
as, the occasion when no one is present at the jobsite to sign for product.
Credit Card payments are not accepted for orders over $10K, deposit payments for over $5K, or from customers that are on account with terms. Any orders where credit cards are
accepted, the terms for the order shall be "PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO DELVIERY"
