half

Casolar
Dear
George,
I
am
in
processing
of
approving
the
changes
that
the
Bigsby’s
have
requested
on
the
western
side
of
1180
Casolar
Drive.
They
have
revised
their
project
(V2.1)
to
remove
any
alterations
to
the
southern
facing
shared
common
wall
side
of
the
building
and
are
only
seeking
my
approval
for
changes
proposed
to
the
western
facing
side
of
1180
Casolar.
While
reviewing
their
project
request
a
few
maintenance
items
on
my
half
of
the
duplex
that
have
come
to
my
attention,
detailed
below:
The
siding
on
my
chimney
has
some
warped
or
dry-‐rotted
wood.
I
would
like
to
have
this
damaged
siding
replaced/fixed
(painting
any
replacement
siding
to
match
existing
“briarwood”
siding
color).
The
paint
around
various
windows
and
sliding
glass
doors
is
peeling,
so
I
would
like
to
have
this
fixed
as
well.
Same
paint
color
(“Cottage
red”
for
window
trim,
“briarwood”
for
siding
boards)
will
be
used
–
again
just
a
maintenance/touchup
job.
No
window
or
door
replacement
involved
here
–
just
prepping
and
repainting
to
same
colors
the
trim
and
painting
some
siding
boards
if
needed.
I
am
told
that
my
new
deck
could
use
a
follow-‐up
power-‐wash
and
waterproofing
sealcoat.
This
is
just
the
portion
that
people
walk
on
Can
you
let
me
know
if
the
attached
DRB
application
form
and
diagram
is
what
you
need
from
me
to
get
your
approval
to
proceed
with
the
above
maintenance
items?
As
many
items
on
the
application
didn’t
seem
applicable
(eg:
utility
sign
off,
grading
information,
landscaping
and
the
like)
I
also
wanted
to
verify
that
I
should
just
leave
these
sections
blank.
So,
if
you
could
please
let
me
know
if
what
I’ve
attached
seems
in
order
or
if
there
is
anything
else
your
group
will
need
me
to
provide.
