This letter is to act as All-State Fire Protection, Inc. request for permit to Add (5) and relocate (7)
existing pendent heads to new head locations for the above listed project.
Area #1 - Unit #270 This space is having a revised wall layout installed to reconfigure the
bathroom and closets. The space will require that the existing pendent heads be relocated
to new locations to provide proper coverage.
Area #2- Conference room This space is being remodeled with new grid ceiling, paint and new
flooring, there will be new surface mounted lighting installed that will require the
existing head layout to be modified to meet the obstruction requirements.
A rough inspection will be requested and as-built drawings will be provided.
