1. Relocate 5 sprinklers to code compliant status, due to new remodel and partition walls being
installed.
2. Add one sprinkler in the kitchen due to a distance issue. Lower 2 sprinklers for new wood ceiling.
3. All materials will remain compatible. All K- Factors of existing heads will match the new heads.
4. Type M Copper Pipe to be used in order to match existing line pipe.
5. All fittings, hangers, heads and devices will be listed in accordance with NFPA 13 and 13R
guidelines and local codes, and will be installed in accordance with said listings.
