Subject: over The Counter permit application for 670 Forest Road
The application submitted is incomplete and requires the following additional information per Town of Vail submittal
requirements:
1. A site plan showing location of balconies, decks, stairways, sidewalks, pedestrian and vehicular exits from the
building and utility meter locations.
2. Roof plan submitted is illegible and needs to show location of the different roof systems to be applied. Is this
two separate buildings? Please revise plan and indicate location of proposed work as well as utilize a straight
edge for the drawings so the building dimensions may be ascertained..
Upon submittal of the required information the Town of Vail will be able to review your project for permit issuance.
