This letter is to act as All-State Fire Protection, Inc. request for permit to change existing
sprinkler locations on the provided existing drawings to new configuration based on the
Mechanical floor plan drawings from Rader Inc.
Unit 386-There is currently 14 total sprinkler heads shown in our Existing Sprinkler Piping
drawing. These will that will be reconfigured for new areas designated w/, Bath#1 and
Bath#2.
Project valuation for this project is $1,495.00.
Attached is a copy of Vail Fire Department Permit Application.
