Description of the extent to which any floodplain will be altered include: why, when, how, and
when it will be replaced, and addressing each relevant criteria in Subsection 12-21-11E-3.
During October 2015, the proposed drainage swale will be installed from the Clubhouse to Gore Creek as
depicted in the plans. Sodding of disturbed areas will be done in the spring of 2016. It will not be restored
to its original configuration as the proposed change is a permanent installation.

No other permits have been received at this time.
