WRITTEN APPROVAL LETTER
The applicant must submit written joint property owner approval for applications affecting shared ownership properties
such as duplex, condominium, and multi-tenant buildings. This form, or similar written correspondence, must be com-
pleted by the adjoining duplex unit owner or the authorized agent of the home owner's association in the case of a con-
dominium or multi-tenant building.All completed forms must be submitted with the applicants completed application.

Thank you for all your hard work in finding the best roofer for our condos. We are comfortable
with whatever choice you two feel is best.
As far as the windows, we would be very interested in replacing the windows in#1 also.
We are happy with the bay window unit in#1's MBR. Stacy, has the bay window (#2 Master
bedroom) failed?
In replacing window in #1's guest bedroom (street side bedroom) we would want to consider a
bay window there.
If you find you need another architects opinion, Pam Hopkins, cell 970-376-6469 or office 970-
476-2201, lives nearby on the creek and Main Gore Drive, is architect and Vail Library designer.
She is familiar with our building.

company. Stacy, I know, got the opportunity to meet with Oscar in person, but I think the more

Hi Stacy and Melissa, is there any progress on the new roof? We signed contract and faxed some
time ago. Is there anything else we should be doing?
Also we have spoken to Curtis a few times about the windows. He is to send us pricing and
perhaps contract. Rich did come by to measure. Mike, who doesn't forget much, did forget to
open the door for him.
But as we expected, the windows are the same in each unit so there was no need to get into #1.
They hadn't checked into the Vail permit as yet.
Our Mpls Parkway house has 64 windows. At one time before we installed whole house air we
had some vinyl windows installed in each room for cross ventilation and so that we would not
have to change heavy double hung windows.
Unfortunately, the vinyls are nail breakers, difficult to slide open.
The lake house here in McGregor has 51 windows, sliding glass doors and two door windows.
One window is vinyl on the outside, wood on the inside and is casement. It is white but located
in a place that doesn't make a difference. Most the others are wood casement or double hung
wood with six bay window units. All seem to have metal piecing between the glass parts but not
noticeable from the outside. There are two wood sliders, again with metal parts between glass.
Both near the front door where casement would be in the way. We had all those windows put in
over 4 remodel/additions to the original cabin.
We hope to arrive Vail in about a week.

Exclusions: Condensation,Additional insulation may be required by the Town of Vail.The only insulation included in the
bid is the tapered.It was apparent that there was no vapor barrier.Condensation may arise,TMl is not responsible for
damages caused by condensation.Permit fees Snow Removal.Rotten decking to be replaced on a time and material basis.
Because of the age ol'thc roof deflection may happen with the new roof.TM1 is not responsible for nail pops in the unit.

site or has performed a majority of the routing work on your property.
2.Turner Morris,Inc carries worker's compensation,automobile and commercial general liability(bodily injury and property
damage)insurance.A Certificate of Insurance identifying our insurance carrier and the types and amounts of coverage and our
insurance contact information is attached or will be provided to Customer and is incorporated herein by reference and should be
considered as part of this contract.
3.You have the right to rescind this contract and obtain a full refund of any deposit within 72 hours alter entering the contract.if you
plan:to use the proceeds of a property and casualty insurance policy to pay for the roofing work,you may rescind this contract within
72 hours after you receive written notice from the property and casualty insurer that your claim has been denied in whole or in part.
However,Turner Morris,Inc.,is entitled to retain payments or deposits to compensate Turner Monis,Inc for rooting work actually

be removed each day.
4. Raise perimeter edge to accommodate new tapered insulation.
5. Install new tapered insulation system to drain the water from the flat roof to the sloped metal roof NOTE"with
proper roof drainage unforeseen drainage issues may arise on the standing seam roof or foundations. Allowance is
for a polyisocyanuratc insulation.EPS can be offered as a discount,

7. Mechanically attach Duro-Last 50mil PVC roof system on the deosdeck.Color to be determined by owner.Custom

10. Provide 15year NDI,warranty.Please note if roof is zoned fur residential the warranty will be material only.
11. Perform preventative maintenance on the standing scam roof. Including sealing chimneys and valleys.
12. install new soffit and fascia in area ofdmnage.NOTE repair is for 2f x It/section.it'more damage is found a change
order will be needed to complete the repair.
