Provide 15year NDL warranty.Please note if roof is zoned for residential the warranty will be material only. I I. Perform preventative maintenance on the standing seam roof. Including sealing chimneys and valleys_ 12. Install new soffit and fascia in arca of damage.NOTE repair is for 2ftxl0 section. If more damage is found a change order will be needed to complete the repair. Has all description of work along with fire rated UL class A requirements. 6
