Conditions of Approval:
1. Applicant shall at all times abide by the Conditional Use Permits regulations, Chapter 16, Title 12 of the Vail Town Code.
2. Any conditional use which is discontinued for a period of twelve (12) months, regardless of any intent to resume operation,
shall not be resumed thereafter; any future use of the site or structures thereon shall conform to the provisions of this title.
Note: Violation of the above conditions of approval or other violations of the Town of Vail Municipal Code may result in suspension
or termination of this permit.
