14.2. CONTRACTOR MUST VERIFY ALL EXISTING CONDITIONS BEFORE BIDDING AND BRING UP ANY

14.1. ALL DIMENSIONS, GRADESAND UTILITY DESIGNS SHOWN ON THE PLANS SHALL BE VERIFIED BY
THE CONTRACTOR PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTIFY ENGINEER OF
ANY DISCREPANCIES PRIOR TO PROCEEDING WITH CONSTRUCTION FOR NECESSARY PLAN OR
GRADE CHANGES. NO EXTRACOMPENSATION SHALL BE PAIDTO THE CONTRACTOR FORWORK
HAVING TO BE REDONE DUE TO DIMENSIONS OR GRADES SHOWN INCORRECTLY ON THESE
PLANS, IF NOT VERIFIED AND NOTIFICATION OF CONFLICTS HAVE NOT BEEN BROUGHT TO THE

9. DISTURBANCE OF PROPERTY: THE CONTRACTOR SHALLTAKE REASONABLE MEASURETO PROTECT

14. COORDINATION AND VERIFICATION

SHALL RETAIN A SURVEYOR TO RESET ANY AFFECTED SURVEY MONUMENTS. FOR FURTHER

1. EXISTING UTILITIES: THE CONTRACTOR IS SPECIFICALLY CAUTIONED THAT AS SHOWN, THE
LOCATIONS AND/OR ELEVATIONS OF EXISTING UTILITIESARE BASED ON ABOVE GROUND EVIDENCE
ONLY. THESE LOCATIONS SHOULD BE CONSIDERED APPROXIMATE. THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL
