Hi Marc—
I am following up to our text conversation regarding approval of the proposed windows on the east side residence of your
duplex. The Brandt's need approval from you in order to submit this to the Town of Vail Design Review Board for their
approval. I have attached pictures of the north and south elevations showing the proposed locations.
Window at North Side—we propose to remove the existing triangular window and install a new double casement window,
approximately 36" H x 72"W. The right side of the window,when viewed from outside will align with the window below. The
height of the window should align with the existing window on the west side.The cladding color will match the existing as close
as possible.We will infill the siding and trim around the new window to blend it into the existing exterior finishes.
Window at South Side—we propose to install a new awning window, approximately 18" H x 36" W.The cladding color will match
the existing as close as possible.We will infill the siding and trim around the new window to blend it into the existing exterior
finishes.

description of the work we are proposing. If all is in order and you approve,could you please fill in your name, signature, date,
