Ps. Requiring the removal of dog waste should be of a greater concern since it does not allow the use of our backyards.
The animal people do not care or better can't do anything since the folks in question do not open the door when the
inspector shows up. 3 large dogs cooped up in an apartment do not create any angst in the minds of these dog lovers.
