Application to Design Review—Dead or Diseased Tree Removal
Community Development and/or Design Review Board,
The Vail Corporation dba Vail Associates, Inc. is requesting to remove four(4) dead, dying and diseased
Lodgepole Pine trees located our Vail Corp property identified in the attached application.
Paul Cada with Vail Fire has been contacted and he agreed with our assessment that the trees need to
be removed. The Vail Lionshead Centre Condominium Association is also in agreement that these trees
need to be removed, if fact they brought this matter to our attention.
At this time we would like to remove the trees and be allowed up to one (1)year to plant new trees.
