This letter is to acknowledge Board approval at Potato Patch unit
27 for the install of an egress window with the following
conditions:
I.. Construction shall be in accordance with the submitted
application and follow Eagle County & Town of Vail
requirements.
2. All materials to match existing finish and color.
3. All construction debris to be cleaned up on a daily basis.
4. Homeowner will be responsible for all costs associated with
the project.
5. The builder and any sub-contractors agree that they have
no financial or legal recourse against the HOA, for any
reason what so ever.
6. Construction activity be performed Monday - Friday 8 am to
5pm and no work on Holidays.
7. Contact Mark Sauerman with any questions and for final
project sign off at 970-904-0707.
