Donald Eggers,the architect for the proposed remodel of Units 501 and 502,Village Inn Plaza Condominiums(Phase 3)
has informed me that Town of Vail planning staff has asked for a letter from the Village Inn Plaza Condominium
Association (Phase 3) stating that when the roof on the whole building is replaced at a future date, it will either match
the DaVinci shake that the owners of Units 501 and 502 are currently proposing or the roof of Unit 502 will be replaced
to match what the Condominium Association proposes in the future.This email hereby evidences the Association's
agreement with the terms required by Town of Vail planning staff as described above. Slifer Management Company,
Inc. manages the Association and I am the Community Manager for the Association. Please let me know if you need
anything else.
